A Sexually Transmitted Disease Clinic (STD) is held on both Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 8:30 to 11am, 1pm to 3:30pm. Clients 12 years of age and older are eligible for services. This is a walk-in clinic, and clients are seen on a first come, first served basis. If you are ymptomatic and wishing to see a provider, please call 815-802-9400 Option 3 to inquire for the provider's availability. Dates and times are subject to change.
A photo ID is required for this confidential clinic, and there is a $40 fee for these services. Individuals should not urinate for at least 1 hour prior to testing; women cannot be on their period (for accuracy of lab results).
During STD clinics we can test for the following STDs: Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Syphilis, HIV (Venous or Rapid), Hepatitis C (Rapid), and Rapid Bacterial Vaginosis and Trichomoniasis (for symptomatic females).
